Overview

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Rival, Inc. and each person or entity that accesses or uses Rival’s website, marketplace, APIs, or related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable addendums.

The Terms govern eligibility and accounts, license rights, prohibited activities, marketplace content, fees and billing, intellectual property, service availability, account security, limitations of liability, indemnification, termination, compliance, enforcement, and reporting abuse.

Developer / Creator Terms

Creators retain ownership of their content while granting Rival the limited rights necessary to host, operate, promote, and distribute published marketplace functions. Creators control pricing subject to platform minimums and receive earnings under the applicable revenue-share and payout terms.

User Safety and Minor Protection

Rival Marketplace is exclusively for users 18 and older. The platform prohibits content or functions that facilitate harm, abuse, unlawful activity, or exploitation.
