If you are not sure where to start building, the Build Board is for you. It is a live feed of AI tools and agents that real users are asking for, waiting for a builder to claim and ship.
Instead of guessing what to make, you get a running list of actual requests. Each one is a tool or agent someone wants, and your job is to find one that fits you and build it. Here is how to do that from start to finish.
Find the Build Board
From the homepage, you are three clicks away from the board:
Go to the left-hand menu.
Click “Build Board”.
Click Find a Mission.
That drops you straight into the live feed of open requests.
Read the board at a glance
Every request shows up as a card, and each card gives you instant context before you click. At a glance you can see:
Status: open or shipped
Difficulty: light, medium, or heavy
Category: sector focus (ex. finance or marketing)
Type: a single function or a full agent
Claims: how many builders have already claimed it
One quick scan tells you whether a mission is worth a closer look, and whether it matches your skills and your available time.
Open a mission for the full brief
Click into a mission and you get everything you need to decide. The top of the page shows who posted it, the demand signal, how many builders have claimed it, and how complex it is.
Below that is the blueprint, which spells out exactly what you would be building:

The inputs it should take
The outputs it should produce
Why it matters
That is your whole starting point, with no guessing about scope or audience.
Build it in four steps
Every mission follows the same flow, from claiming it to winning the spotlight:
Claim the mission. This signals your intent to build it.
Build the tool or agent, using the brief as your blueprint.
Submit your URL once your tool or agent is live.
Get featured. The best execution wins the spotlight.

You do not have to build to use the Build Board. If you have a problem you want solved instead, you can post your own mission in about two minutes: describe what you need automated, and builders compete to solve it. You review the submissions, pick the best one, and run it directly on Rival with no setup.
